Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk-ins are always welcome. You can also check in online before you arrive to save time at the front desk.
How much does a visit cost?
Urgent care visits are $99 flat, with in-house tests and treatment included. School, sports, and work physicals are $45, DOT and Coast Guard physicals are $99, and B12 shots are $45.
Which tests are done in the clinic?
Rapid COVID and flu, strep, mono, urinalysis, urine pregnancy tests, blood glucose, and ECGs are all done in-house and included in your $99 urgent care visit. Other labs are sent to Quest.
Is there parking? Is the clinic accessible?
Yes. There is plenty of free parking in the large lot, and our entrance is at ground level and wheelchair accessible.
Do you take insurance?
Yes, we are in-network with Curative. Curative members pay only their plan's copay, if any, and we bill Curative for the rest. We are finalizing contracts with other insurers now. Until then, with any other plan you pay the flat price and we file the out-of-network claim with your plan for you. Just tick the box when you check in. Any reimbursement goes straight to you and depends on your plan. Send-off labs, imaging, and prescriptions can still be billed to your insurance.

We are at 108 Riverside Ave, Unit 503, Jacksonville, FL 32202, in the Brooklyn/Riverside neighborhood, next to Whole Foods, The Fresh Market, First Watch, Cava, Chipotle, and BurgerFi. We are minutes from Downtown, Five Points, and Avondale.
Who will I see?
Our owner and provider, Alex J. Roberts, PA-C. Alex started at Mayo Clinic in orthopedic oncology and surgery, then worked in the emergency room, then spent years in high-volume urgent care.
Do you do X-rays?
We do not have X-ray on site. When you need imaging, we send you same-day to our partner Precision Imaging nearby, and your insurance can cover it.

Yes. Let the front desk know and we will call you when your room is ready.
