Have insurance? You can still save
We are finalizing contracts with major insurers. Until then, every visit includes an itemized receipt and paperwork you can submit to your insurer for out-of-network reimbursement. Send-off labs, imaging, and prescriptions can still be billed to your insurance, even if your visit is self-pay.
With many plans, a $99 self-pay visit costs less than meeting your deductible or paying an ER copay.
What is not included
Send-off labs (through Quest), imaging (through Precision Imaging), and prescriptions you pick up at the pharmacy are billed separately by those companies, and your insurance can cover them. If you are self-pay, we will tell you what those cost before anything is ordered.
